Is it better to ask directions to the place of the interview, or is it better to find it yourself asking people when you get in the region?

Many thanks

Ask directions in advance. You don;t want to risk getting lost on the day.

Your prospective employer won't think any worse of you for asking your way - it shows initiative and forward planning.

get the post code and go to Streetmap.co.uk and print a map.
Type their post code into multimap.co.uk. you'll then have directions and an arial photograph (should you be flying over the site!)
there really is no harm in asking the company. I would have thought if they had anything about them they would have sent you directions when they offered you the interview.
