I received a caution for shoplifting at age 10 and a conviction for speeding (fine and points) a few years ago. Would either of these show up on a Criminal Records Bureau check?

dont know for definite but they will be taken into context - if you are applying for a driving job obviously impacts

I have points and had a fine with still 2 years before its spent.

I think it depends on your age adn what job you go for, my CRB which was an advanced one didn't show my driving things

If you was cautioned at the age of ten it should not show up on you crb check as it will be spent that is on a standard check as for driving conviction i dont think they are shown
Driving convictions where there is no term of imprisonment are not recordable. Cautions as the age of ten similarly will not be shown. I have seen about 1000 CRB checks for taxi drivers and none has ever shown a caution for anyone under 17
You can request a criminal record/convictions certificate from Disclosure Scotland for a fee if you wanted to make sure.
