Hi, my name's Jairo and i am 25 years old.

i studied television production and right now i'm finishing my thesis.
I want to make a course on animation in London or something to do with filmmaking, but i'm focusing on animation right now.

I paid for and english course in London and i was planning to find the course when i arrived there.
But my visa was refused. I have to apply again but i want to be accepted in an animation course before, and i need a cheap one, cause i can't afford a university.

I will appreciate any suggestions

Thanks!

Did you study tv production as a degree subject at a university in the UK? If so, there may be scholarships available at that institution for international students who wish to return study a postgraduate course. If you are from a non-eu country then you will have to pay the higher fee rate, but don't rule out a universoty course just yet as it is well worth searching for scholarships and funding. If you have not yet been to university why not apply to a university in your home country and then apply to do a year in the UK? places like the london college of communicatio run short courses sometimes i think, but maybe on only for uk residents http://www.lcc.arts.ac.uk they also do FE courses.

I was planning to study English, but most of all i want to take a course on animation or video production in london. I review the courses on lcc and it seems to be just the kind of course i need. But i dont know if they receive international students, and if so, how to apply from Colombia.
