do you have to pay for doing your nvq2 in care if it is government funded, you pass then decide to leave? we are being told we have to stay in our present employment for 12 months otherwise we will have to pay.

did you sign a learning agreement? if so this may of stated that your employers expect you to stay on for a certain amount of time after doing your qualification, or you have to pay it back.


I'm doing an NVQ level 4, and have signed something like I mentioned

As Cheekystar states, if you signed something then you will have to pay. If not, I doubt they can force you to pay but dont expect a glowing reference.
