hi i work for a company who dosnt pay any extra for working bank holiday we dont even get anything extra for working easter sunday & easter monday the only time we get extra is christmas day and new years day we dont even get a day off in lieu some staff get it because they used to work for a different company but they have been working with us for 5 years now can staff be treated differently

Also, every hour worked was at the same rate whether it was a weekday, Sunday, bank holiday, overtime or whatever. All perfectly legal and, to me, all perfectly sensible.
