A friend at work has been having time off on sick, while her doctors have been trying to find the cause of her illness, she is now waiting to see specilists, the works doctor has agreed she needs help in her job and recomends a replcement for her deputy who is also on long term sick a year at least, the problem is her immediate boss who says he is aware of the situation and has told her no manual work only office base, this is her job anyway and he is not looking to get any help for her not enough money in budget, she is now off work for more tests how does she stand for requesting more help as recommended by the works drs.also she is afraid that with the time she needs of she could loose her job.
