I get to have all the books I want to read delivered to my desk, I get books as soon as they're published, I get to go to local author events and I get an unlimited supply of promotional bookmarks.

Through the sessional/seasonal work I do at hubby's place, I get to meet loads of actors and musicians, plus free tickets, heavily discounted (50%) drinks and untouched food left over from dressing room riders.
As a prison officer some years ago, I got to lock up my old school bully. Not really a perk, but it felt so good.
I work part time but can generally float in when I feel like it - as long as I get the work done it doesn't matter if I go in on Tuesday morning or Wednesday afternoon or whatever. That is unless my boss wants me to look after the shop if he's got an appointment somewhere, but he usually gives me plenty of notice.

I work for BT, so I have free net access during the day - heavily restricted though, no chat, no adult, no images at all. I also have a free desk phone, but no international calls.

Contrary to popular belief, BT staff do not get free, or even reduced home phones, unless they are a specific part of their job - working from home, or being on call.

I get free cinema, theatre and concert tickets - the perks of working for a big arts centre!
I get every magazine I want free, free tickets to things and tonnes of free lunches at places like the Ivy and J Sheeky.
I get to work when I want. Often abroad in hot countries, I get paid a fortune and can take as much time off as I like..... but then I do work for myself !
