stunt artist

hi i was wondering do movies/tv shows use children as stunt artists? i heard that you can only become a stunt artist when you are 18 and have years of fighting etc experiance. thanks

they use children as doubles but don't have them doing anything dangerous. they may get a few cuts and bruises, but nothing that may seriously hurt them as they are simply not trained to cope.

as most films are filmed out of sequence, they can't risk the lead actor having a cut or black eye or sprained ankle right in the middle of scene.

they will use small adults for that kind of thing
