what is the difference between CIBTAC & BABTAC?

I 'am looking to study a Anatomy & Physiology course, but i am very confused with the accredited qualification. Would any one know if CIBTAC is equivalent to BABTAC qualification. A home study course offers BABTAC qualification at half the cost of a Training School which offers CIBTAC. Which is the higher qualification. Someone help please
