Hi i work im a nursery officer working in a private nursery. An opening has come up for a team leader which is the next step up. Its with the same age range (1-2years) which i love but a different room to the one i work with. I have the experience to take it but dont really want to leave me room as i like working with the staff and children however i would like the experience, i have a very high chance of getting the job do you think i should take it? Someone else in my room is saying she might go for it and thinks she would get it straight away i dont want to cause problems. what do you think i should do?
