How can I better manage my time when working from home. ( i do book keeping for an electrical contractor)

You have to be really strict with yourself and your family. Allocate yourself set times at home to work, have tea and lunch breaks, and stick to them as though you were actually going out to work. If anyone calls or tries to distract you, put them off until you've finished work (unless it's a real emergency), and tell people not to disturb you during whatever your working hours are.

Now, can anyone tell me how to practice what I'm preaching here?
