It will depend upon the way that the employer chooses to allocate the hours. I used to work in the rail industry for 37 hours per week. This simply meant 5 shifts of 7 hours 24 minutes each (with no scheduled breaks). [e.g. from 6.00a.m. to 1.24pm from Monday to Friday]
Another employer might choose, say, to employ staff from 9.00am to 5.30p.m. (with an unpaid hour for lunch) but allow staff to finish work at 5.00p.m. on Fridays.
There are many other ways to arrange 37 hours. They don't even have to be over 5 days. e.g. there could be fairly short shifts from Monday to Friday but with staff expected to work on Saturday mornings.
Remember that lunch breaks aren't always an hour long and also that employers are not obliged to pay staff during tea breaks. With all of these factors to take into account, there are thousands of different ways which employers can, and do, distribute 37 hours.
