How to make the best C.V

I feel my C.V may not be up to scratch but do not know how to alter it to make employers see the best version.

You ideally should try to do afree form CV, I think alot of employers are looking for someone who can work from their own initiative rather than just adding their details to a pro-forma.

It is also a good idea to cut and paste a passport size photo onto the top of your CV to show that you have a dynamic approach and are confident.

highlight the experience and qualities that qualify you for the particular positiopn, create a different version of your CV depending on the position and type of compnay you are applying to.
