What small business can you start up with �25,000

Hiya,
I'm about to get �25,000 from the sale of my parents house. I thought maybe I should put it in a high savings account, but then I thought maybe I could start up my own little business? I work 9-5.30 so I would like to be able to do something out of this time and weekends.
Does anyone have any suggestions? My line of work is just office work, PA etc.
I know you'd probably need to know what I enjoy doing to give me a proper answer, but could you please let me know what you would do with it, it you had it.
