This is not a question just some information that many people will not be aware of. My daughter has just got herself a job, but has to travel to get to her place of work. There is a scheme for 16-24 year olds called 'Wheels 2 Work'. They provide them with a scooter, safety gear, tax and insurance and pay for their CBT. All it costs is a one off payment 50 and 3 per week. It is also for people who need to rvel to get to employment training or college. Hope this is of some help to someone else.
