am i going to be able to find a job in the languages field easily if i get a degree in one or two european langs?

i would say so if you are wlling to work hard and get a good grade and then show aptitude for lanngaugees and an interest in international business or travel;

The majority of graduates in modern languages don't go into field where their degree is directly relevant. There are only a very small number of jobs in translation or interpreting available.
