am i going to be able to find a job in the languages field easily if i get a degree in one or two european langs?

i would say so if you are wlling to work hard and get a good grade and then show aptitude for lanngaugees and an interest in international business or travel;
The majority of graduates in modern languages don't go into field where their degree is directly relevant. There are only a very small number of jobs in translation or interpreting available. Apart from those who go into teaching, most modern language graduates find careers in other fields. See here for some ideas of possible job options:
