tribunal hearings

has anyone out there experienced a tribunal hearing. I am going to tribunal with an unfair dismissal, victimisation and sexual discrimination. Any tips or advice?

for good sack please seek legal advise and make sure you take someone in with you. i didnt do my home work and even though i was in the right and my boss was verbally threating me nothing happened and they made me look like a ****. good look.

Hi, thanks for advice. It makes me sick how companies just seem to get away with what they want because not enough people stand up to them. At least you tried and it will be on their record they have been taken to tribunal.
