I have an interview onTuesday and I'm wondering what to say when the director asks me what my weaknesses?

I'm NOT going to say PERFECTIONIST as thats so cheesy but I know I should say something.... any ideas? X

Also, SPARKLE, if you read this, where is your question about interviews? X

If you have no weaknesses, say you have no weaknesses.

Be yourself, if people including directors don't like that, well its not the job for you

Good luck with the interview YOU perfectionist YOU lol
I know someone who said 'just the occasional gin and tonic' but I'm not sure how helpful that is - they did get the job though. There's a fab book that might help:

You could stick with the old "I'm too much of a perfectionist, and I'm never happy unitl I've got something right".

For the strengths, you could say "I know what my weaknesses are"!!

Good luck - let us know how you get on.
The question may well be diguised as ' What are you not too good at?' or 'What sort of things really get you mad?' or 'What areas do you think you may need training in?' Any interviewer worth their salt will suss you out if you try and bluff.

Put on your best smile and go for it girl!!

Good luck

The thing to do is to make your faults sound like strengths and show them ways in which you're working on them - "I tend to be a bit pernickety about getting jobs done well and sometimes pay too much attention to the less important details". Here you could give an example of how you're learning to distinguish and prioritise those details.
