I have an interview onTuesday and I'm wondering what to say when the director asks me what my weaknesses?
I'm NOT going to say PERFECTIONIST as thats so cheesy but I know I should say something.... any ideas? X

The question may well be diguised as ' What are you not too good at?' or 'What sort of things really get you mad?' or 'What areas do you think you may need training in?' Any interviewer worth their salt will suss you out if you try and bluff.

The thing to do is to make your faults sound like strengths and show them ways in which you're working on them - "I tend to be a bit pernickety about getting jobs done well and sometimes pay too much attention to the less important details". Here you could give an example of how you're learning to distinguish and prioritise those details.
