Advice requested re jobs available for a 64 year-old who is qualified elec.engineer and entrepreneur who ran his own Company fro 19 years expanding exports of electronic control systems to EEC countries ??

A lot of companies employee older personnel as there are laws on age discrimination I know at our work we have a few older people here. Some of the personnel wheo retired as staff have come back as contractors after they have retired and worked the hours that they have negotiated. I work in the oil and gas sector and there is a skills shortage
