if a council CASUAL employee has consistently worked 2 nights on and 4 nights off regularly for over 2 years, are they not then classified as part time employees and entitled to similar pension rights as 'regular employees'?
A working night was 9hrs. Anyone out there know? Thanks.

If in doubt, calling your payroll or asking your management would be a good place to start or looking at the possibility of turning it into a more permanent position?
Hope that helps,
