Depends how happy and fulfilled you feel in your current job. If you don't feel it, then yes, it's probably time to change. But if you love the job, the people, the company etc etc and the money's OK, why not stay?
Just a word of warning though. I changed my job (years back and after 11 years) because I was fed up, but my new job only lasted 3 weeks. Sometimes it's better the devil you know.
If you ever, just once, wake up and think - I don't want to go to work - then yes.
some people say 20 years in the same job shows loyalty and dedication to the company. i say your stuck in a rut!! change now or you'll never know whether you made the right decision or stay another 20 years wondering what if...?
good luck with your decision.
better the devil you know, receintley changed jobs, new job nothing as described , no proper traing, did not know what on earth i was doing and picked on relentlessley by line manager until could not face going back in. Never thought a job could do that to me, left after 7 weeks....
