Earning extra money

I am employed full time and work on a rotating shift pattern and as such it is very difficult to find a second job to earn a little extra money as my changing available hours make this almost impossible. For this reason I was hoping to get a second part time job that I can do from home and to suit my hours. When I have looked for this kid of work on the net and in the local paper all I seem to get is scams and junk. most tend to be things like filling envelopes but you have to first of all send away a cheque for �20 or so to cover admin costs! Has anyone got any ideas as to where I could find some honest work that I could do from home?
