An estate agents income?

Anybody have a rough idea of what the owner of a well established estate agents would earn? Covering properties in a town and surrounding countryside.

Well I would imagine it to be pretty good. I know of someone who works on the sales side of the business, and their monthly take home after tax is between �1300-2000 per month. Obviously this depends on performance but you can imagine the owner of such a business to be earning a half decent wage.

Loads...my cousin has her own Estata Agent and shes loaded...and has no formal qualifications.

Before she went on her own, she worked for an established North East firm and made about �60k a year on the sales side, made up of huge commissions aswell as basic pay
