Upgrading IT Skills

I am currently thinking about updating my IT Skills for a career move. I am an MCSE (NT) and have seven years experience in server support for windows 2000/2003 and implementing 3rd party software into exchange environments. I have some desktop support experience and a bit of telecoms training. I am experienced in 1st and 2nd line support (i.e. I help end users and technical staff as well as troubleshoot problems for engineers).

My Job is quite specialised so I am worried about marketing my skills to potential employers.

Does anyone have any advice on the most marketable IT skills I could gain to help me find a new job?

Thanks

what career are you thinking of moving to?

ITIL is the latest "gotta have" on your CV for a generic skill/qualification, especially for someone like yourself in service management.

CISCO was another sought-after skill a while ago (and i am sure it hasn't changed) - it depends where you want to go with your career?

Otherwise i'd suggest possibly upgrading the MCSE to the 2K3 version
