Job application.

I've just been and collected a job application form from a local company. If I fill it out and return It by hand later on today what impression will it give? Desperate, too eager or showing willing? thanks in advance.

can't hurt, but to be honest i doubt they will even notice. it will go ito the reception desk anyway won't it?

I've done this with a local company before and got an interview straight away. I think it gives a nice personal touch, it shows that you're eager but in a good way rather than a desperate way.
