A pass overall is equivalent to 3 E's at A Level
A merit overall is eqivalent to 3 C's at A Level
A distinction overall is equivalent to 3 A's at A Level.

These are then converted into UCAS points.

So a pass would be 3 A Levels or have I got that wrong?
the ND is the equivalent to 3 a-levels whatever grade you came out with, but like dennism said, an overall pass is the same as getting 3 Es.

I don't know what you need this for, but if you know anything about UCAS points, have a look at the BTEC ND on the tariff:: http://www.ucas.com/candq/tariff/index.html download it and compare the points you've got with your grade, with the points you'd get with A levels

It's for a job in the paper that requires 2 A-levels
