Does anyone know if there is a university in the world that offers a combined degreee in English literature and Swahili. Both languages fascinate me and I think that a combined course would be wonderful. If anyone knows of anywhere then please let me know!

There's only one HE institution, SOAS, in the UK which offers Swahili. Their courses offer Swahili in combination with a number of other subjects but, unfortunately, English Literature isn't one of them.

However, it might still be worth contacting the relevant department at SOAS. It's sometimes possible to study for combined honours degrees with subject combinations other than those which have been given a UCAS code. Even if this isn't possible, it's likely that the staff of the Swahili department will have contacts at other institutions across the world, so they'll be able to tell you if there's anywhere that can offer the combination which you're seeking.
