I know this has been asked before but what are the kind of answers you should give in a job interview when asked this question?

So an overdone strength of personal commitment could be seen as an weakness at being able to delegate. Etc. It usually answers the question for the HR people OK and one moves on in the interview to the next topic.
Or give a minor weakness & show how you have been able to overcome it? E.g. say you hate filing but you recognise how important a good filing system is and that you always set aside a few minutes during the day to make sure all your filing systems are up to date.
Having weaknesses is not a bad thing (after all everyone has them)....what the interviewers want to see is that you are able to recognise them, understand them & do something about it

I agree with the above.....
I usually say something like;
I sometimes expect too much of myself, so i have to remind myself I can only do what I can physically do and some things just have to wait or you have to accept help from your teammates occassionally.
Or - Like any human being i make mistakes, and it's best to learn from them rather than beat yourself up about them.....

oooh, never say you are a perfectionist as a weakness!!
because of course it means you will do a good job, and really thats what they want - now why didn't they think of that...!!
the oldest trick in the book!
interviewers can see through that one a mile off!
it just lazy and shows you think you can get one over on them
fools no-one
