i have given my present career path a big reconsideration.
Over the last few years i have moved from job to job due to redundancy, short time etc.i feel myself that i would like to become a mortgage advisor and i am willing to put in the effort ,commitment and finance the courses myself. The only concern is the availability of places once qualified. Are there plenty of opportunities in this field?

Banks are looking out for qualified regulated sellers and also lots of independent brokers are looking too, i work for a bank who allways want/need people. you might want to get your cemap/cf1 qualification first as this will give you more chance of getting a job
Hi there, mortgage advisers are in short supply but the biggest challange is to sell your self in interviews.

Conduct some research on the net and visit http://www.mortgage-advisor-jobs.co.uk and http://www.mortgage-introducers.info for opportunities in the mortgage industry.
