It will depend on what the company consider a full-time week. That can be any number of hours, often between, say 36 and 40 (some have more than that).

Let's say it's 37. Then the pro-rata earnings would be 30/37 of 12,177. Divide 12,177 by 37, then multiply your answer by 30. I make it approx. 9784.

I'm not mathematical genius, though, so I'm willing to be corrected.
Nothing wrong with saxy's answer but beware. Will you be working 52 weeks a year, including holidays?

I know of some classroom assistant jobs where they are only paid for for the term weeks.

So (for example) 12000 per annum can become 30/35 (10296) and then 39/52 (7714).

Just trying to help.
