Not sure what you are asking.
If you want to know how to get a job in this field, I would apply to your local Social Services Department. Requirements expected , is that you hold an SVQ 3 certificate or would be prepared to study for it in service. There are also private Agencies out there who do employ people but usually the required qualifications are the same. As I said, most Agencies would allow you to study in employment, while you are working in this field.
