how to channel my skills

i am 43, kids have grown and left home and i am currently working from home as a self employed soft furnishings maker (which i love).
Over the years i have qualified in Book keeping and worked as such for half a dozen self employed guys /companies, admin, worked in a supermarket on the checkout to make ends meet and been a project co-ordinator for a shop fitting company.
i would love to use my skills and expand my self employed status ..........where do i go from here ?
