Asda proposal

Hi. just thought id post to see what colleagues feelings are on the proposal to move all standard rate Colleagues over to top rate

I think you are probably right. In which case, why put such a question on a public website where it is of potential use to around 0.000005% of the population.

not too pleased really. I will lose about �400 per year and that's just on basic contract. I do loads of overtime, and work every sunday and am contracted to mondays!! when we took over safeway, we bought out their contracts. Kind of feeling like tescos might be a better option !
