TUPE Holiday Entitlements

I got TUPED across from a previous company in 1st May 06. The holiday year with my previous company ran from Jan -Dec, the new company decided theirs ran from May to April. Since then i have been trying to recupe funds for the holiday i accrued from Jan to the end of April. Each company is saying the other is responsible - who is responsible i want my money!!!

That is a tough one. I would say it would be both, but as you moved over in May, I would say that from Jan until May it would be your previous employer. However, I am not certain, I would highly recommend you seek advice from CAB.
