You need to have 5 gcse above c. You also need to find a practice that has the facilities to train you and is looking for a student vet nurse. It is difficult to get into. Write a letter to every practice nearby and ask them if they are looking for a student vet nurse. It took me 2 years to find my placement! The pay sucks but it is a fab job.
