6 yrs ago I signed a contract to work 37.5 hrs this meant a finishing time of 1.30pm on Fridays. Rumour has it that my employer now wishes to change my contract to 39.5 hrs so that I no longer finish at 1.30pm Can they do this - I am the only one that does 37.5 as originally when the company was set up these were the original hours. As they have set other employees on they have been set on at 39.5 Can they change my hours if a disagree. Thanks Glyn
