Railway Station Manager

Hi folks,

I have recently applied for the above role, and was wondering if there were any other railway station managers out there whom could give me a 'heads up' on some of the questions that MAY be asked of me at interview.

From the job advert, I note that safety and customer service are critical, but are there any other skills that they may be looking for aside from the above and leading and managing a team of people.
