New holiday entitlement

My employer is telling mew that because i get paid for bank holidays i will not get any more normal hoiidays.

Perhaps I should have clarified that these are 'minimum' holiday entitlements.

Since you already have paid Bank Holidays you already have more than the 'minimum' holiday entitlement. These new measures are meant to bring a standardisation of the current system where paid Bank Holidays are not a right enjoyed by all employees.

..I am entitled to 22 days at the moment with xmas and boxing day off as an extra 3 ....so I'm looking forwards to my extra 3 days next year...no doubt there will be some loophole most large companies will no doubt be able to wriggle out of...hmph...
