Handing in notice??
9 Answers
Firstly can you verbally hand in your notice or do you have to back it up in writing?? secondly, can you give your employer say 3 months notice even though only one is rqd, do they have to agree to that? reason being in a nutshell , i work for a large company and they are being pigs with me , I would probably be finished on the day but if i could give 3 months notice they would have to pay me up ...wouldn't they ?? any advise gratefully recieved , thanks

Right so you can get closure on this thread, ,
I have had the meeting ,letter in pocket and full intention of chucking it if required , My boss stated that we had cross words and we hadn't talked things through as thorough as we should , got some skeletons out the closet and he asked me still to be part of his team and I have accepted .
I thank you all for replying to me , Its always nice to hear someone else's point of view on these matters ,
