i would imagin so, if you wanted to and if your job is still there. if someone has replaced you at work and your employer won't have you back i think you could probably file a unfair dismissal case or something...

You don;t have to go back if you don't want to, you should inform your employer that you don't intend to return though. It depends whether you can afford to live without your wage coming in.
