But i have a hard time trying to get my work done when she is their i try to avoid her when i can I say hi to her when she says hi to me if she asked me a question i try to answer it as best as i can and i do talk to her when she talks to me. but i do this so i do not cause a problem for myself. as i believe she is messing around with one of the managers i am not saying that this is true i just do not want this girl causing me problems not that she is but i do not want her to start causing me problems. what can i do?

And think of it from her perspective - perhaps she's done nothing to attract all this attention and is worried about what people are thinking of her.
It's always best to take people on face value and not listen to what other people say - it could well be malicious rumours and nothing more (and is it really anyone's business if she is 'messing around' with the manager?)
Sounds to me like you may be a little jealous of the attention she's getting... be her friend and she'll have no reason to 'cause you problems'.

I second everything said by SRH, especially as this is a situation you can't really win.
If she isn't aware of the situation she is causing or doesn't like it (I have a gorgeous, popular friend who hates the attention she gets from male bosses because it pits her against the rest of the office) then you are being unfair to her.
If she is deliberately causing these problems then what can you do about it? I used to work with a girl who always wore a skirt that barely covered her knickers and a VERY low cut top. She would spend all day flirting with the male bosses. She would get let off the horrible jobs and allowed to leave early etc. But we couldn't do anything about it as if anyone spoke out against her we'd be accused of being jealous of her.
I agree that you should be nice (or at least civil) to her. If she is an innocent she will appreciate it and if she is not at least your colleagues will see that you are a mature, professional person.
