Money matters when moving away!!
3 Answers
I've just finished my degree and i really wanted to move away to work but as doing this would broaden my horizans an aweful lot. What happens though about paying for accomodation while you rwaiting for your first wage to come through? How do you live away with no income? Do you just simply need a bit of money behind you to pay your way or the first month or so? What if you dont have it? I honestly beleive that you need money to make money!!
Also, if i was to just take on a job for now to save some money to move away do i tell my new employees what i intend to do? Who would employ someone who was going to move away any day when they found another job that they would prefer to do?

Get a temporary job or a summer job. Even if you get a permanent one you don't have to let your employers know it is just a stop-gap.

I trust from your spelling that your degree wasn't in English!
It's going to be difficult financially for a while if you move away- you'll probably need to pay a deposit or rent in advance, buy a suit, pay transport costs and buy food. It's a good idea to get some money in your pocket before you go. ******** you need at least 3 months' money coming in before you leave home. Have you got a definite job offer and start date for a job away from home?
