Hi lilcharlie, i am not trying to put you off at all but you don't find many jobs for under 16s, BUT have you got a papershop in your town that delivers papers, if so get along there and see if they have got a paper-round, it means getting up early but it could earn you between 15-20 a week. Best of Luck
ps And if you like it and do it after your hols you could end up getting a few quid christmas tips as well
OR get in contact with your local newspaper which deliver free newspapers and publicity leaflets, you can earn about 20 doing only one round once a week.

Thanks for your suggestions, but i am looking for something that pays a bit more, have u any suggestions because i dnt want my mum to have to pay for 8 flights to spain and turkey
thanks again
Charli
To earn more you might have to accumulate a few jobs. Daily newspaper round, weekly free paper and leaflet round, cleaning cars, doing some weeding for elderly neighbours, walking dogs, going on errands... also there might be a local shop needing help on a weekend.
It's good of you to want to help your Mam out but maybe she's got it all wrapped up.

Thanks for your concerns, i know you are just trying to help but, my mum asked me to put this on here to take off the strain from her shoulders. I like the idea of working in a shop so i can see what working life is like. I was looking for a placement at Baskin Robbins in Ruislip. If anyone has any other suggestions for shop work iwould be extremely gratefull to you. x
The best thing to do is while the shop is quiet (all depends what kind of shop it is) go in and with your biggest smile and politest voice ask if they need any weekend helpers. You might find that greengrocer's need staff or market stall holders. It's a case of asking about.
If you live near a golf course there might be some gentlemen wanting caddies...
Good luck.
