Try the local papers.

My son managed to find a job with a local agency when he was made redundant. He is now a contract worker and on the books of more than one agency. You might try this approach.

Hiya

Thanks for your answer, I think your son has ben very lucky because I have registered at lots of agencies and have had no such luck. What does your son do?

I was a recruitment onsultant until i got made redundant, but find that all of the agencies say they have put you forward for work, will call you or say they are looking for work within the areas you wish to travel etc and quite blatently dont. I guess although im only 27 when i say i will do something i do it but recruitment nowaays seems to be a game for amateurs lol

I have several friends who are unemployed at present due to the economy and all say the same thing...

im looking for a hr, recruitment position ideally although coaching and management work is also of interest in Bournemouth, if anyone knows of a role, please get in touch :0)

many thanks
xx
It really is up to you to chase up every lead, even if they don't get back to you as tenacity wins in the end.

However, the largest agency in the Bournemouth and Poole area is Smart Recruitment and are bound to have a website. Good Luck!
