my friends 3 months pregnant,and just changed jobs but hasnt yet told her current employer thats she pregnant,but her previous employer knows that she is and are doing her references,can they put that down on her references? cheers

References are normally standard, ie time in employment, sick days, disciplinary etc there should be no mention of the pregnancy
