working with steam

I have recently started a job where they use steam for a lot of procesess throughout the factory (it is a high explosive enviroment).... in a seperate part of the building is the main boiler which is powered by gas.... i will be going on steam courses but i need to find as much informatiion as possible
before then...
does anybody know of a website or even a dvd/ cd rom
that may be of some use ..Thank you in advance.
