Thank you for your reply. We don't have a company handbook or any sort of grievance procedure in place. The best that we are normally told is to try and ignore it. I have been here 2 years, he has been here 20+ years. He also speaks louder when he is trying to make his point, I think this makes him believe that he is right.
He is not, and never has been professional, but I appear to be working in a place where it is male orientated and not far from the dark ages!
I want someone to know that I am now taking this seriously and I would like them to do so as well.
