I don't think I would be suitable, even if I did know what a Passenger Service Agent was.
I agree with cheekychops.
I'm not sure why you'd be interested in such a specific role if you didn't have any idea whether you'd be suitable or not.
Are you going to work for airline or a handling agent ??
As most of it is common sense ..listening to people
and being a cool person when things go wrong ..
but also you have to be a caring person ...
working shift is hard ...good luck ...

I am 85, and a bad tempered b@stard.
Most unsuitable!
Calm under pressure. Able to work proactively and independantly.
Enjoy working with people, able to relate to them.
Aware of differnt cultures and the need to approach people in different ways.
Flexible and hardworking. Good attention to detal.

From an ex-PSA, those should all be good things to base interview or application questions on!
I'd really hope that you knew the answer to this yourself if youre applying for the job!
