Will a small tattoo on the inside of my wrist affect my nursing prospects? thanks x

I would hope not.I was recently treated in a hospital by a doctor who had a stud in her tongue!!!!!!
i have a tattoo in the same place-

does a watch cover it? that should be fine

they normally are ok as long as they are not defensive, it just depends on who interviews you and their preference

if long sleevs or a watch cover it then wear them
except nurses on wards have to be "bare below the elbow" nowadays!
i dont think it will matter unless its, for example a nazi flag or bnp symbol
i meant a watch or sleeves in the interview not doing the job lol!

they wouldnt sack you for having a tat
if its small - put a plaster on it...at least until you start the job...you'd be surprised how some people judge subconsciously and would never admit or acknowledge it...

it would be a lot more of a problem for them to get rid of you after you have been emplyed , than to just choose someone else...
