change of hours

i have worked for my company for over two years and am the primary carer for my 13 year old daughter i work 6 am till 2pm which my 16 year old son is at hime in the morning with her . my employer wants me to work later but my daughter finishes school at 2 45 and i wont be able to pick her up . i feel my employer is trying to push me out of my job and force me to leave . we dont get any breaks in our daily routine either . i drive a food delivery van selling produce to customers
